Post-publication Discussion

Readers may send comments, questions, or concerns about a published article to the editorial office at jurnal.almadaris05@gmail.com. Substantiated comments are forwarded to the authors for a response. Where appropriate, the journal publishes the discussion, a correction, or a retraction notice that is linked to the article and to its DOI (see Article Retraction & Withdrawal).

Complaints

Complaints about the editorial process or the conduct of editors, reviewers, or authors are sent to the editorial office. The Editor in Chief acknowledges a complaint within 14 days and informs the complainant of the outcome. Complaints about the Editor in Chief are handled by the leadership of STAI Jamiatut Tarbiyah Lhoksukon.

Appeals

Authors may appeal an editorial decision once, in writing, with academic reasons and supporting evidence, within 30 days of the decision. The appeal is reviewed by an editor who was not involved in the original decision, who may consult additional reviewers. The decision on the appeal is final.
