Conflict of Interest
Conflict of Interest / Competing Interests
Authors must declare financial, institutional, or personal relationships that could influence the work, or state that there are none.
Reviewers and editors must decline to handle a manuscript if they have a conflict (for example the same institution or a recent collaboration with an author) and must declare it to the Editor in Chief.
Editors do not make decisions on their own submissions: such manuscripts are handled by an independent editor and reviewers.
Each published article contains a Conflict of Interest statement.
