Each Dayah has their own method of nurturing and developing the talents and interests of their students, especially in the area of ​​reading the yellow book. Dayah is a non-formal educational institution that still uses traditional educational methods. So in this study, the researchers wanted to introduce a new method to improve the ability to read the yellow book for santri in the Nahdhatul Ulum Dayah Kec. Syamtalira Bayu. The research method is in the form of qualitative with the type of literature study is descriptive and uses a person instrument. The results showed that the BK program (bahsul pole) in Dayah Nahdhatul Ulum used three learning methods, namely the halaqah method, memorization, and deliberation. This research is located at SMP Negeri 1 Lhoksukon North Aceh which is a field study with a descriptive qualitative approach. The data source consists of primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis is carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions on the data that has been collected. Meanwhile, to ensure the validity of the data, triangulation techniques are used with theory. The results of this study show that SMP Negeri 1 Lhoksukon North Aceh applies collaborative management in teaching and learning activities in this New Normal era by paying attention to several elements, including: First, the planning carried out in the New Normal Era was very different before the pandemic, the planning applied was that there must be a stable internet connection, short materials and self-study modules as well as the existence of a zoom application or google classroom. Second, the implementation must be in accordance with what has been planned at the initial stage as well as the participation of the learners themselves. The elements studied are Acehnese local wisdom in learning at school. This is in accordance with the problems found in the field through the author's initial observations at school, that so far the learning that has taken place does not link the concept of learning with local wisdom in the area. Thus the culture in the area becomes a taboo for the students themselves. So the ethnopedagogical element in learning at school is not introduced to students, in this case the integration of local wisdom in classroom learning has not been maximized, so far education and the value of local wisdom have not fully merged into a formidable new force in the body of education. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative research method that uses study content contained in various literatures as the primary data base. The data sources in this article are journals and books related to thematic learning and local wisdom education. Furthermore, the object of research is the adaptation process and its relation to local urgency in responding to the challenges of the times. West Aceh in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year has not shown satisfactory results. The minimum learning completeness score that must be achieved is 70, however, only 45% of students are able to achieve a KKM score of 70. In other words, 55% of students, the final grade of study is below the KKM. This type of research is CAR which consists of two cycles, each cycle consists of 2 x meetings. The research subjects were students of class VIII-2 MTsN Meureubo Kab. Aceh Barat, totaling 20 people consisting of 11 men and 9 women. The data collection instruments in this study were tests, observations, and discussions. The results of observations of student activities in learning during the first cycle reached an average value of 66.2, the teacher's activity in teaching and learning activities in the first cycle was in the sufficient category with a score of 55 or 78.5%. While the ideal score is 70. This happens because they stand in front of the class more and provide less direction to students how to do cooperative learning. Learning outcomes for learning materials from the ideal score of 100, the average acquisition score only reached 63 or 63.1%. The results of observations of student activities in PBM during the second cycle reached an average value of 74.3, The results of observations of teacher activities in PBM in the second cycle were classified as moderate. This means that it has improved from the first cycle. From the ideal score of 70, the value obtained is 68 or 97.1%. Student learning outcomes on learning materials in the second cycle are also classified as moderate, namely from this the ideal score of 100 the average score of acquisition is 71 or 71%. This action research process is planned for three cycles, where each cycle will be carried out in accordance with the changes to be achieved such as what has been designed in the factors according to the procedure: planning (planning), action (acting), observation (observing), and reflection (reflecting). ) The researcher is a Class V teacher at MIN 11 Aceh Utara collaborating with colleagues who are considered capable and competent in the context of this research. The subjects of this study were students of Class V MIN 11 North Aceh in the 2017/2018 academic year, involving all students of Class V-A. Data was collected using instruments in the form of questionnaires, tests, question sheets, and observation sheets. Questionnaires and tests were conducted on students to see the ability to understand concepts in Indonesian language lessons about describing objects before and after being remedial by peer tutors. Student question sheets and observation sheets were used to see the implementation. The data that has been collected in the form of quantitative data, is processed and analyzed through the stages of data reduction, exposure, and inference. The results of this study stated that understanding the Indonesian language concept of describing objects through remedial activities by peer factors in small groups could increase students' test scores. This can be seen from the behavioral observation table during remedial activities by peer tutors as well as the results of the acquisition of grades in each cycle. Marked on the indicator of understanding Indonesian concepts about describing objects in the first cycle, students only actively discussed with peer tutors, only ± 3 people from each group or around 37.50%, but in the second cycle there was an increase so that on average each group actively discussed There are 6 people in each group. This paper is entitled "Application of the Imla 'Al-Ikhtibari Method in Improving Arabic Writing Competence in Class X Students of Integrated Dayah Almuslimun". The purpose of this study was to find out how the application of the method applied in writing competence in Arabic for Class X Integrated Dayah Almuslimun students. The research method used by the researcher is quantitative research with experimental type, and uses pretest and posttest. The population in this study were all students of class X Integrated Dayah Almuslimun, the sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with total sampling technique. The sampling technique used in this study is total sampling. The test results show that the pretest and posttest data collection function is to determine the students' initial and final abilities towards the material associated with their learning outcomes. The average value for the pretest = 60.13 while the posttest is 84.74 the standard deviation of the pretest is 6.827 while the post-test is 7.066. So it can be concluded that this study is in a good category by looking at the difference in results from before and after treatment. The problem solving used is in the form of classroom action research. The action was carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 2 meetings, each meeting consisting of preliminary activities, core activities and closing activities. This article is equipped with theory and research methods along with the required instruments. The theory presented is related to Indonesian Language Subjects with Challenge Text Materials through the Problem Based Instruction (PBI) Learning Model. This article is equipped with observation instruments relating to the behavior of students in the learning process and observation instruments for teachers both observing the lesson plans and actions in the learning process. After taking action from 2 cycles consisting of 4 meetings, data were found which were the results of observer observations. After the data was discussed/analyzed, it was concluded that with the application of the Problem Based Instruction (PBI) learning model, student learning outcomes towards Indonesian Language Learning Challenge Text Materials in Class IX/1 MTsN 1 North Aceh showed an increase from cycle I to cycle II, where the results the final score is above the minimum standard (76%) which is 90.7%.
